Why families choose us

Why families choose OPAL Education

Sending a child to study abroad is a big decision for any family, so we keep every step transparent and easy to follow.

  • Expertise

Our consultants studied abroad themselves and know the international student journey from the inside. We guide students through admission and throughout their studies.

  • Trust

We help students apply only to universities and colleges in Southeast Asia and Australia that are currently operating, and we check admission terms against the universities’ official websites.

  • Affordability

We look for programmes with university scholarships and discounts, so that a good education fits the family budget. Terms depend on the university and programme.

  • Parents kept in the loop

We meet families at our Tashkent office or online and explain every document and every payment. The decision always stays with you.

  • An honest budget

We calculate the full cost up front: tuition, housing, visa, insurance and flights. You know the first-year budget before admission, not after.

  • With you after the flight

Our team in Malaysia helps students settle in during the first weeks and stays in touch until graduation.

Advice for parents

How to check a study abroad agency

Four checks worth doing before you pay anything, with us or with any other agency. Each takes a few minutes on an official website.

  • The company is registered

Look the agency up by tax ID in the “Familiarization with accounting data of legal entities” service on my.gov.uz. You sign in with OneID, and the service is free. OPAL Education’s tax ID is 309 863 731.

    The service on my.gov.uz
  • The offer letter comes from the university

The offer letter is issued by the university itself, and a student visa application can only be filed once you have it. Check the student’s name, the programme, the dates and the amount due.

  • Pay against the university’s invoice

Tuition fees are invoiced by the university. City University Malaysia, for example, states on its application form that fees are paid to the university only. Confirm the payee with the university.

  • Visa status on the EMGS website

You can track a student visa application yourself in the Track My Application section of the EMGS website, using the passport number and nationality.

    Track the status with EMGS
