Why · Spain

Why students choose this country

  1. 01

A Spanish or British degree in Barcelona

C3S Business School is an associated centre of UVic-UCC, a Catalan university. For some programmes the degree is awarded by UK universities — Arden University or the University of Greater Manchester — and for an extra fee you can add an Abertay University degree.

  2. 02

    Clear, moderate fees

A bachelor’s from €7,000 a year; a master’s or Global MBA €11,000 for the whole 12-month programme. Instalment plans are available.

  3. 03

    A lower funds requirement

For a student visa you show 100% of IPREM — €600 a month, or €7,200 for a year of study. For comparison, Germany asks for €11,904 in a blocked account.

  4. 04

Work up to 30 hours a week

Under Spain’s new immigration regulation, students may work up to 30 hours a week, and the stay permit covers the whole length of your studies.

  5. 05

    Three intakes a year

The business management bachelor’s and the master’s programmes start in February, May and October, so missing autumn doesn’t cost you a year.

  6. 06

    An international class

C3S has students from 40+ countries. The tourism and Software Engineering programmes include 12 months of free Spanish classes.

Visa

Spanish student visa

Studying for more than 90 days requires a national student visa. Uzbekistan falls under the Spanish Embassy in Moscow; we confirm in advance where to submit your documents from Tashkent for your dates.

  • An admission letter from C3S, your passport and health insurance for the whole period of study.
  • Living funds: at least 100% of IPREM per month — €600 in 2026, so €7,200 for 12 months. Your own account or a parent’s commitment backed by proof of funds both work.
  • Apply at least 2 months before your course starts.
  • You may work up to 30 hours a week while studying.
  • There is a route from study to a work permit after graduation. We check before you enrol whether your degree (título propio or a UK degree) qualifies.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to study in Spain?
At C3S Business School a bachelor’s costs €7,000–8,500 a year, the triple-degree option €10,000 a year, and a master’s or the Global MBA €11,000 for the whole programme. There is a €300 registration fee when you apply. A room in a shared flat in Barcelona is about €350–500 a month.
Can I get in without IELTS?
For a bachelor’s, yes: instead of IELTS 6.0, C3S can hold a Credibility Interview. For a master’s you usually need IELTS 6.5, and the interview is mandatory for everyone. We’ll help you prepare for it.
What degree will I get?
It depends on the programme. For business management, the Global MBA and project management, the degree is awarded by UVic-UCC as its own university qualification (título propio), not an official Spanish state degree. For tourism and Software Engineering the degrees come from Arden University and the University of Greater Manchester in the UK. We discuss how such a degree is recognised in Uzbekistan before you apply.
How much money do I need to show for the visa?
The minimum is 100% of IPREM per month. In 2026 IPREM is €600, so 12 months of study means €7,200. You can show your own account or a parent’s commitment with proof of funds. C3S itself suggests budgeting €800–1,000 a month to live.
Can I work while studying?
Yes. Under Spain’s new immigration regulation students may work up to 30 hours a week. Treat a part-time job as help with living costs, not as a way to pay tuition.
Can I apply straight after school in Uzbekistan?
C3S admits bachelor’s students with a school-leaving certificate or equivalent, so a separate foundation year is usually not needed — we check your documents first. The certificate is translated and apostilled. More on studying abroad after school.
Are there scholarships or discounts?
C3S offers scholarships of up to €3,000 — the school sets the amount. It isn’t a full grant, and awards are competitive. For other options see scholarships to study abroad.
Is there an age limit?
We recommend starting a bachelor’s at 18–27 and a master’s up to 32 — that’s our working guideline, not the law. If you’re older, write to us and we’ll look at your case.
