Why OPAL

Apply with a team that has studied abroad

We help students get into universities in Malaysia, Australia and other countries, and we take responsibility for the result at every step.

  • A team educated abroad

Our consultants have been international students themselves and know the way from choosing a programme to sitting the first exams.

  • Offices in Tashkent and Malaysia

We meet families in Tashkent, and our team in Malaysia supports students on the ground.

  • Universities in Malaysia and Australia

We help students get into MAHSA University, City University Malaysia and other universities, and keep track of current admission terms.

  • Documents without surprises

We know what universities and the immigration authorities require, and we prepare documents that are accepted first time.

  • Full support

Application, offer letter, visa, flight and housing — we guide the student from the first consultation to the first day of classes.

  • Time and money saved

We shortlist programmes with scholarships and discounts, so you do not spend months writing to universities on your own.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about admission

How much does it cost to study in Malaysia?
Tuition fees at private universities in Malaysia are usually USD 3,000–6,000 a year, and housing and living costs come to about USD 420–810 a month. Medicine and dentistry cost more. We will calculate the exact cost for your programme during a consultation.
Can I apply without IELTS?
Many private universities in Malaysia let you start with an English language programme or a Foundation year if you do not have IELTS yet. Requirements depend on the university and programme, and we will check them for you.
When can I apply after school?
After finishing school (grade 11) or college you can enter a one-year Foundation or a diploma programme and then continue to a bachelor’s degree. With a bachelor’s degree you can apply for a master’s.
How long does admission take?
Start preparing 4–6 months before classes begin: that is enough time to choose a programme, collect documents, receive an offer letter and get the student visa.
Where is your office?
Our Tashkent office is at 103 Buyuk Ipak Yo‘li street (Mirzo Ulug‘bek district), next to Buyuk Ipak Yo‘li metro station. We work Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00. Consultations are also available online.
Do you help after admission?
Yes. Our consultants stay in touch throughout your studies, and our own team in Malaysia helps students on the ground.
